Lorraine Reafsnyder is President / CEO of HR Advisors, Inc. Since founding the company in 1986, Ms. Reafsnyder has provided consulting services covering the entire spectrum of Human Resources with a specialty in organizing and staffing complete Human Resources Departments. Ms. Reafsnyder has over twenty years of practical experience in Human Resources including executive positions in several high technology companies.

She has developed and conducted in-house programs and seminars covering a wide range of human resources issues and is often a featured speaker at corporate management development programs and company conferences. In addition, to her business activities, Ms. Reafsnyder earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Chapman University and also completed the Human Resources Certificate program at the University of California, Irvine. Additionally, Ms. Reafsnyder served as President for Women in Business for Orange County.

Edward Peterson is Partner / Vice President of HR Advisors, Inc. Since joining the company, Mr. Peterson has provided human resources consulting and recruitment services to numerous high technology companies throughout the United States. He has over 15 years of experience in technical and executive recruitment and development management and supervisory training programs.

Mr. Peterson has extensive expertise in personnel management and labor negotiations gained during his assignments before joining HR Advisors, Inc. Prior to entering the Human Resources field, Mr. Peterson founded, managed and conducted the Orange County Symphony Orchestra. Mr. Peterson also served as guest conductor for national symphony orchestras in several European and Asian countries. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education from California State University, Long Beach.

Victor Klee is Junior Partner of HR Advisors, Inc. and manages the Northern California clients for HR Advisor’s Recruiting practice. Since joining the company in March of 1999, Victor was a major contributor in the Business Development department helping to ignite the 370% expansion of HR Advisors.

Mr. Klee has over 15 years of Professional Recruiting experience. He has successfully placed a variety of executive-level and technical positions for clients in a variety of industries. Mr. Klee was formerly a Recruiter at Interim Services and was responsible for starting and organizing their Candidate Marketing Division. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with a Marketing and Finance emphasis from Loyola Marymount University.
