President, CEO & CFO
Mr. Peterson founded the Company with his wife and business partner, Lorraine Reafsnyder, and has provided human resources consulting and recruitment services to numerous high technology companies throughout the United States. He has over 20 years of experience in technical and executive recruitment, and development management and supervisory training programs.
Mr. Peterson has extensive expertise in personnel management and labor negotiations gained during his assignments before joining HR Advisors, Inc. Prior to entering the human resources field, Mr. Peterson founded, managed and conducted the Orange County Symphony Orchestra. Mr. Peterson also served as guest conductor for national symphony orchestras in several European and Asian countries. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education from California State University, Long Beach.
Recruiting Project Manager
Ms. Mullany has been a member of HR Advisors’ team since 2006 and is currently the Recruiting Project Manager, serving as liaison between clients and our recruiting team. With over 14 years of human resources and recruiting experience, she has become an integral part of the recruiting process and strategy for some of HR Advisors’ longest standing clients in varied industries such as eCommerce, Financial Services and Information Technology. Ms. Mullany holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from San Jose State University.
Senior Compliance Officer & HR On Demand Program Manager
Ms. Fisher has an extensive 30 year background in human resources. She has worked at many different levels of HR management from a Director role to a Senior Vice President of HR for a large publicly traded company, and as an entrepreneur in her own company. She has experience in many HR functions including Consulting, Team Management, Change Management, Communication, Training and Development, Policy and Compliance Analysis, and Facilitation. Ms. Fisher has a Bachelor of Arts in Management and a Certificate in Personnel Management/Employee Relations from the University of California Irvine.
