Sexual Harassment prevention Training Services
California recently passed a law that requires all employers with five or more employees to provide sexual harassment prevention training to all supervisory and non-supervisory employees.
This training must be completed no later than January 1, 2020, and the California DFEH has recently ruled that any employees (including supervisors) who were trained in 2018 or prior, must be retrained again in 2019.
