Meet Our Team

HR Advisors, Inc. was founded by Lorraine Reafsnyder in 1993. Her passion for her work shone through in her enthusiasm to do the right things for her clients, and for her clients to do the right things for their employees.

Over the last 30 years, Lorraine grew the Company to serve more than 1,000 businesses. She developed and conducted in-house programs and seminars covering a wide range of HR topics and was often a featured speaker at corporate management development programs and training sessions. In 2002 Lorraine developed our flagship product, HR On Demand, which offers companies unlimited telephone and email access to a dedicated team of HR professionals who are ready to provide hands-on guidance in hiring, promotions, demotions, terminations, and other employee issues.

In honor of Lorraine's accomplishments as a business owner and HR leader, the Legacy Leadership Internship Program was created in 2022 to help develop and mentor the HR leaders of tomorrow. Through this program interns are provided with hands-on human resources experience at our full-service consulting firm.
