Our Story

HR Advisors, Inc. was founded by Lorraine Reafsnyder in 1993. Her passion for her work shone through in her enthusiasm to do the right things for her clients, and for her clients to do the right things for their employees. 

Over the last 30 years, Lorraine grew the Company to serve more than 1,000 businesses. She developed and conducted in-house programs and seminars covering a wide range of HR topics, and was often a featured speaker at corporate management development programs and training sessions.

In 2002 Lorraine developed our flagship product, HR On Demand, which offers companies unlimited telephone and email access to a dedicated team of HR professionals who are ready to provide hands-on guidance in hiring, promotions, demotions, terminations, and other employee issues. Additionally, HR On Demand includes a kit containing required and best practice forms, files samples, records retention guidelines, and mandatory labor law posters.

One of HR Advisors' greatest strengths has always been our ability to adapt to a constantly changing world.  Our flat organizational structure enables us to quickly adjust to an evolving marketplace.  Our independent minded, entrepreneurial culture excels in finding unique ways to meet your technical staffing and human resources needs.  Although she is no longer with us, in Lorraine’s honor, we will continue to greet each day with the flexibility, creativity, and the opportunistic attitude necessary to help your business succeed.
